You will receive an email or text when your delivery has left our warehouse and is on its way, and a text when we have left it at your front door (or a safe place).

important things to remember about our delivery services

Minimum Order Value: There is a minimum spend of $25 on all delivery orders.

Not at home? You will receive an email and a text when your order is on its way. If you're not at home, it will be left in a safe place and you will receive a text once delivered.  Campus & Co Brisbane are not held responsible for your order after this.

Order Cut-Off: 11:59PM is the cut-off for next day delivery service.

Items unavailable or missing on order: Unfortunately, due to high demand, we can't always guarantee stock for your order.  If products are unavailable when your order is packed, we will contact you to offer an alternative, or issue a store credit for you to redeem next time your'e in store.  If your order arrives and an item is missing, please contact us and we will arrange for a store credit.


Advance Ordering: Due to stock limitations, customers have been restricted to ordering no more than one week in advance.  Campus & Co Brisbane are not held responsible for products not in stock for advance orders, and you will be issued with a store credit.
